On the ground floor is the hall and very attractive living room with seating for 8 and fireplace, music system and separate TV area with satellite TV and DVD. French windows lead to the terrace and gardens and enjoy beautiful views of the sea over countryside. The dining room is open to the living room and also leads out to the dining terrace.The kitchen is well-equipped with two ovens, large fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, hobs, coffee machine, toaster and juicer, and there is a separate laundry room.​

Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve le hall et le vaste salon très attrayant avec cheminée, système de son et coin TV /satellite et DVD. Les portes-fenêtres mènent à la terrasse et au jardin et offrent une vue magnifique sur la mer et la campagne. La salle à manger intérieure donne également sur la salle a manger d'été. La cuisine est bien équipée avec fours, grand réfrigérateur-congélateur avec distributeur de glaçons, plaques de cuisson, machine à café, grille-pain et presse-agrumes. la buanderie est à votre disposition.

- Adjacent à l'entrée se trouve une chambre avec deux simple ou lit 180cm avec deux fenêtres donnant sur les oliviers et salle de douche en suite.
- À côté du hall se trouve une chambre double et sa salle de bains avec baignoire et paroi de douche.
- La chambre triple dispose de trois lits simples, de portes-fenêtres donnant sur le jardin et de sa propre salle de bains.
- A l'étage se trouve une chambre avec deux lits simples ou lit en 180 cm, des fenêtres sur 2 côtés avec une vue imprenable et une salle de douche privative.
Outdoors:

Three very pretty outdoor terraces, covered and open, with total privacy. The pool (10.5m x 5m) can be heated by heatpump upon request and has a hard cover which is electrically-operated. The pool is a couple of steps down from the main terrace that runs along the length of the house. There is a shower for the pool and a pool house. Outdoor dining area with table for 8-10 and gaz barbecue.
The grounds are extensive with about 10 acres of olive trees, grass and forest. Grass slopes down from the pool into the trees and to the private hard surface tennis court.
There is parking for several cars.
The gardien lives in a separate cottage which is adjacent, and have a dog which is not allowed in the house.

De très jolies terrasses extérieures, couvertes et ouvertes, abrite en toute intimité une salle à manger extérieure avec table pour 8-10, un coin salon detente. Barbecue au gaz. La piscine (10,5 mx 5 m) est chauffée à la demande et dispose d'une couverture rigide. Il y a une douche pour la piscine et un pool house. Le terrain est vaste avec environ 10 acres d'oliviers, d'herbe et de forêt. Terrain de tennis privé à surface dure. Il y a un parking pour plusieurs voitures
Le gardien vit dans un chalet séparé qui est adjacent, et a un chien qui n'est pas autorisé dans la maison.
